Beyond the noise, find your truth.

I am Lavinia, a holistic practitioner dedicated to the journey of self-reclamation.

This is Vera Essenza, my online space for writing and reflecting on how disconnection first happens, and how we can find our way back to our source of energy and alignment.

Alongside this space, I run Inherent, my somatic wellness practice in Cork, Ireland. There I offer deeply calming, grounding massage and Reiki sessions to help people remember and return to their truest essence through the doorway of the body.

You're welcome to look around and find something that inspires or resonates with you on your journey. If you ever feel the need, I also offer distant Reiki sessions — private and group — for those open to receiving energetic support on this soul-led path; you can learn more about my work here.
